AdecSafe is a health, safety, environment, and wellbeing consultancy that helps individuals and organisations strengthen their Advisory, Development, Empowerment, and Culture. We support workplaces and communities in building capability, improving participation, and creating healthier, safer environments by blending WHS consulting, training, coaching, and psychosocial risk support to translate evidence into everyday practice. As a sole-led consultancy, AdecSafe works alongside a network of partners and specialist collaborators in WHS to deliver comprehensive, tailored solutions.
Founded by Augusta Nkem Chris-Umoren (PhD), a Chartered OSH Professional (CMIOSH, UK) and Certified OHS Professional (COHSProf, Australia), AdecSafe bridges research and practice to enhance health, safety, and wellbeing across workplaces in Australia and globally. Augusta’s experience of over a decade in HSE spans construction, refinery, education, and community settings, where she helps teams build practical controls, strengthen worker participation, and embed leadership habits that keep people safe and well.

1-hour consultation ($120 ). 1-hour virtual WHS Certificate IV and Diploma tutorials ($50).

- After your free 10- minute discovery call, you can book a 60-minute consultation if you need tailored advice, document review, or deeper problem-solving.
- Consultation fee is AUD 120 per 60-minute session. This fee is GST-free, as AdecSafe is not currently registered for GST. Australian and international clients are billed in AUD.
- The tutorial fee is $50 dollar per 60-minute lesson and a maximum of 5 hours per day.
- To arrange a paid consultation or tutorials, mention it during your discovery call or in your contact form enquiry after our first meeting.
- Payment details will be provided, and payment is required before the 60-minute session.
