AdecSafe is a research-led health, safety, environment and wellbeing consultancy supporting individuals and organisations across Australia and globally.

We deliver expert advisory, training and capability development, integrating psychosocial insight and AI-enabled risk management to strengthen safety culture and improve real-world outcomes. Our services also extend to non-MARA visa and skills support, alongside a growing range of physical and digital HSE products.

Founded by Augusta Nkem Chris-Umoren (PhD), CMIOSH, COHSProf, AdecSafe bridges research and practice through over a decade of experience across construction, refinery, education and community sectors—helping organisations build practical controls, strengthen participation, and embed leadership behaviours that keep people safe and well.

            1-hour consultation ($120 ).  1-hour virtual WHS Certificate IV and Diploma tutorials ($50).

    • After your free 10- minute discovery call, you can book a 60-minute consultation if you need tailored advice, document review, or deeper problem-solving.
    • Consultation fee is AUD 120 per 60-minute session. This fee is GST-free, as AdecSafe is not currently registered for GST. Australian and international clients are billed in AUD.
    • The tutorial fee is $50 dollar per 60-minute lesson and a maximum of 4 hours per day.
    • To arrange a paid consultation or tutorials, mention it during your discovery call or in your contact form enquiry after our first meeting.
    •  Payment details will be provided, and payment is required before the 60-minute session.
