AdecSafe is a health, safety, environment and wellbeing consultancy that helps organisations strengthen their Advisory, Development, Empowerment and Culture. We support workplaces to build capability, improve participation and create healthier, safer environments by blending WHS consulting, training, coaching and psychosocial risk support to turn evidence into everyday practice. AdecSafe also works with a network of trusted collaborators in WHS, wellbeing and migration support, so clients can be connected with specialist services when needed.
Founded by Dr Augusta Nkem Chris-Umoren, a Chartered OSH professional (CMIOSH, UK) and Certified OHS Professional (COHSProf, Australia), AdecSafe bridges research and practice to enhance health, safety and wellbeing across Australian workplaces.
Augusta’s experience spans construction, education and community settings, where she helps teams build practical controls, strengthen worker participation and embed leadership habits that keep people safe and well.

- Fee: AUD 150 per 60-minute session. This fee is GST-free, as AdecSafe is not currently registered for GST. Australian and international clients are billed in AUD.
